Shipping policy

Where we ship:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.  We hope to expand beyond that in the future. ​

Expected fulfillment time: 

Typically, orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday (and an occasional Saturday). 

As soon as your package ships you will get an email with a tracking number. 

Shipping times:

Shipping normally takes 2-5 business days (and usually longer for Hawaii & Alask).  As you probably expect, we have no control how our third-party shipping partners route and process your shipments, so delays are almost always outside of our control. (For e.g., we've had packages shipped from Columbus Ohio to a Columbus Ohio address that were routed through New Jersey. Hmm...). 

If you do find your package is delayed, please directly contact the shipper identified on the shipment tracking email we have sent to you.
