Satisfaction guarantee
If you try liftmix and just don't like it, you can return it and get your money back -- no questions asked!
Here's how to get your refund:
- Ensure this is your first purchase -- satisfaction guarantee refunds are for first purchases only.
- Contact us at guarantee@liftmix.com within 30 days of receiving your liftmix so that we make sure the process gets started off on the right foot including letting you know where to ship your unused liftmix. Sorry, no exceptions made if you contact us after the 30-day period.
- After hearing back from us, return the unused liftmix in its original container to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, within 1 to 2 business days we will process your refund via the same card or method of payment you used to purchase. Refunds will often take anywhere from 1-10 business days to be posted to your accounts.
Damaged or defective product and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at help@liftmix.com
Refused Packages
Given the choice, it's better to accept a package and contact us at help@liftmix.com if there are any issues with your package or product. That will help us better help you.
if you refuse the package, the shipper will charge us to return it and we'll have to deduct that same amount from any refund we process on your behalf. If for some reason the carrier loses or otherwise fails to get the product back to us, we won't be able to process a refund to you for it.
Undelivered or Returned to Sender products
If your package is returned to us because of something we did, we will correct the problem and send you out a replacement asap.
If your package is returned to us because of something you did (e.g., wrong address), we will contact you in an effort to remedy the problem. If you mistakenly gave us the wrong address, we can re-ship the product but probably will need to charge you an additional shipping charge. Or, if you prefer, we could refund the cost of the product less the original shipping charge.
